Starkid Joey Richter has promised to give fans a music video of their favorite Fairly Odd Parents song staring himself, that is, if you fund his new KickStarter.
The Kickstarter was posted at the end of May to fund the comedy “Craig the Genie” starring him as well as Patrick McLaughlin and Andrew James Parkhill as the friends of a former genie. The Kickstarter describes it as “ one part Workaholics, one part Wilfred, and just a dash of National Treasure.”
The Kickstarter has fallen $21,000 short of it’s goal with only 20 hours to go and Joey Richter has some ideas on how to make the final push to the finish line.
Fans of the Starkid have often joked about Richters resemblance to fictional pop star Chip Skylark on the Nickelodeon show “Fairly Odd Parents” whose hit song is “Shiny Teeth and Me”. Richter posted the following tweets trying to get people to fund his latest project.
