Khloe Kardashian was spotted heading to a Rick Ross concert in LA, and she sure as hell made sure all eyes were on her in quite the outfit. Between the low cut top (which wasn’t being hidden very well with that jacket) and the Daisy Dukes, my eyes hurt.
Yes her body is in FORM, but those boots?
