It Turns Out We’re All Saying ‘Voldemort’ Wrong

Tom Riddle. The Dark Lord. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. He may go by a lot of names, but it turns out we’re all saying the most common one wrong: Voldemort. 

JK Rowling was mentioned in a tweet yesterday involving the correct pronunciation of the Dark Lord’s name.

@Universe_Box One piece of Harry Potter trivia I always forget to mention: the “t” is silent in Voldemort, according to @jk_rowling.
