James Cameron made a comeback with Avatar back in 2009 and saw the film becoming the highest-grossing one of all time. Shortly after the success of the movie, he signed for three sequels and he finally talked a bit about them with the most praising of words.
It’s been known since forever that an Avatar tetralogy is planned at this point. Currently, James Cameron is working on the second and third installments in the film series. When he was recently asked about the forthcoming movies, he expressed his views on the scripts he’s been writing. Basically, he said nothing, but everything. In his words:
“I can tell you one thing about them. They’re gonna be bitchin’. You will shit yourself with your mouth wide open”.
So, they are going to be this good?! It’s nice to see he’s got some praising to do for his own work, which serves as one hell of a tease for fans. However, it’s been an awful while since we last saw the blue creatures of Pandora and it would be nice if the second sequel in the Avatar series would get an announcement or something pretty soon. All we can do for now is wait though and be prepared to “shit” ourselves with an open mouth.
