Who in the acting world has not worked with Woody Allen these days? The man is a prolific genius who has lovingly released a film annually for the last five decades. Now Woody is going to add another name to his extensive list of collaborators: the brilliantly talented Joaquin Phoenix.
The currently untitled film doesn’t have any details surrounding it at all other than well, Woody is writing and directing it, and Phoenix will be starring in it. Aside from that, this will be a film from one of the greatest filmmakers of all time, so it will without a doubt be something special.
Until then, Allen’s next film, Magic in the Moonlight, will be released on July 25th this year, with a cast led by Colin Firth and Emma Stone.
