On a recent appearance on Extra, Joel McHale decided to throw in remarks concerning Miley Cyrus, Justin Beiber, and Kim Kardashian. Known for his snarky remarks on the E! show The Soup, Joel doesn’t miss a beat when discussing these three celebrities.

When being asked about the Kardashian’s, Joel promptly said, “No, I don’t know who they are.”

It’s no secret some celebrities have reached out to Joel and The Soup, not liking the comments that were made about them. Continuing to discuss Kim, Joel strongly disagrees with Kim saying she “now has to get back to work.” Joel then compares Kim’s work ethic to Daniel Day-Lewis, saying, “It’s that sort of research that she puts into her role.”

Extra’s Maria puts Joel on the spot, wanting to know his view on certain things. Before she can ask, he immediately responds with, “Oh, my gosh, if you say Miley Cyrus, I don’t know what I’m gonna do.”

Time to discuss Miley, Joel!

“I feel like if we just stop talking about that MTV performance, then it just goes away.”

We’re positive the world agrees with you, Joel.

Of course, Joel decides to discuss Miley further by adding, “I love her new haircut, because I can’t tell the difference between her and Justin Bieber.”
