I am positive that I’m not alone in saying: “What Do You Mean?” is even better than I expected.
In hindsight, Justin Bieber gave us a preview of his new album’s sound when he collaborated with Jack U on “Where Are U Now.”
“What Do You Mean?” has a sexy, electro-pop sound and those vocals that have made teenage girls swoon without fail for the past six years.
In fact, it shot to #1 on iTunes in less than two hours earlier today, making it the fastest single to ever do so.
As if things couldn’t get any better, the music video premieres this Sunday night (August 30) after the MTV VMAs and, according to the steamy snippet below, no one’s body is ready.
