With his latest album, The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2, now in stores and debuting at number one on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop album chart last week, Justin Timberlake’s next move is a world tour.
However, Digital Spy reports that the two opening dates have been rescheduled for next summer because the “Take Back The Night” singer has extended his rehearsals.
The shows in Montreal, Canada on October 31 and November 1 at the Bell Center have been moved to July 25 and July 26, respectively.
In addition, the November 4 date in Boston at the TD Garden has been postponed until July 19, 2014.
These changes mean the first official show of the tour will now be at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on November 6.
The North American leg of the tour runs from November to March, not including these re-scheduled dates. Timberlake will continue with the European leg throughout spring 2014, playing dates in the UK, Germany, and Denmark, among others.
Fans will be able to get refunds if they choose, but they can also keep the tickets because venues will be honoring them for the rescheduled dates.
