Kanye West has pleaded “no contest” to an altercation between himself and a photographer at LAX last July.
West accepted the special plea deal that allows him to maintain his innocence.
The photographer, Daniel Ramos, claims that West punched him and wrestled the camera to the ground durring their unprovoked altercation.West was charged with misdemenor battery and grand theft after the altercation.West was sentenced to two years probation, 24 sessions of anger management therapy, and 250 hours of community service.West wasn’t in the courtroom for the proceedings but had his attorney enter the plea.
West has yet to reach a civil agreement/settlement with Ramos and it isn’t clear if West will even attempt to reach one with Ramos.
