This is quite interesting.
Speaking with Access Hollywood, comedienne Kathy Griffin has confirmed what many thought, and what has been rumored for some time:
She was asked to fill the late Joan Rivers’ spot on E! show Fashion Police.
Kathy said:
“I don’t know if the situation is correct at this time for me or right for me at this time. I really hope they continue in the spirit of Joan’s work. She brought a fearlessness and a brand of humor into our homes that we really need.”
No word yet on if the show has approached anyone else, but it’s expected to return January of 2015 to move right along with awards season.
