A South Carolina woman was held overnight in Pickens County jail. Her crime: never returning the 2005 romantic comedy, Monster-In-Law.

Kayla Finley, 27, rented the movie from her local video store when she was 17. The store (which no longer exists, for the record) had put out a warrant for her arrest in 2005.

Finley says she never received a notice for the return of the VHS, or that there was a warrant out for her arrest. She was taken into custody when she attempted to report a crime at her local police station. No word on if she still has the VHS…or if she still even owns a VHS machine, for that matter.
