Singer Ke$ha has always been viewed as a wild child, with her unorthodox fashion choices, wild music videos and abundance of glitter. However, in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight she has revealed that she’s not as outrageous as she seems.
On her MTV reality show “My Crazy Beautiful Life” she has been seen drinking her own urine, a stunt that had the Parent’s Television Council up in arms but she says even though people think she’s drunk all the time, she’s not. “There’s not one moment on the show that’s been scripted or fake.” she said.
Ke$ha, while a writer of wild songs about crazy behavior, isn’t the brainless part animal everyone thinks she is. She’s a certified genius with an SAT score of 1500 (out of 1600) and an IQ of over 140.
She’s showed her more vulnerable side on “My Beautiful Crazy Life”, talking about how hurt she was when Perez Hilton shared private photos of hers and ended one of her relationships. She wonders why so many people get so angry about her songs calling her “the end of music” and “worst artist ever.” Ke$ha wonders why people can get so mad about her music when it’s just about having a good time.
