Glee star Kevin McHale recently went to visit the booth of the Scott Mills Show on BBC Radio 1 to play “Innuendo Bingo”.

To those unfamiliar with this game, it is a long running segment of the show wherein co-host Chris Stark sits directly opposite a celebrity guest. They drink a mouthful of water without swallowing, and then host Scott Mills plays an audio recording of something taken from TV or radio that sounds like a sexual innuendo. The usual reaction is that they spit water on each other while trying not to laugh.

Kevin McHale is a big fan of BBC Radio 1 and is friends with Scott Mills, and is thus familiar with the game. He tweeted out his excitement saying:

Prior to the game, host Scott Mills asked whether it was true that the upcoming season would be Glee‘s last, to which McHale replied ” It’s the last, then I’m gonna come here and intern for Chris (Stark)”. An excited Mills then blurted out, ” You could join our show! We could talk about it”. McHale seemed receptive and whispered live on air, ” We could talk about it later.”

Reckon he was serious? He already has a TV show in the UK with Chris Stark, so maybe he’ll move permanently to London to join him as a BBC 1 radio host.
