Kid Flash Makes The Dash To Legends Of Tomorrow

Kid Flash is making his way to DC’s Legends of Tomorrow to join the team on the Waverider.

Looks like Kid Flash will leave Central City to head to the Waverider.

With the departure of Firestorm (Franz Drameh and Victor Garber) there has been a vacant spot made available on the team. Who better to have than a speedster. Wlley West (Keiynan Lonsdale has joined the legends as a series regular. During the fourth season of The Flash Wally was missing in action as he was trying to find his place after * SPOILER ALERT* Barry returned from the Speed Force.  Wally will not be returning to Central City before making the switch to the legends.

“We loved working with Keiynan in our series premiere — the episode in which we learned that in between seasons 2 and 3 he had been fighting crime in Central City with Nick Zano’s Nate Heywood. So when his character stepped away from Flash to go on walkabout, after being dumped and feeling somewhat estranged from his family and team, we knew that Wally West would fit in perfectly on Legends,” said executive producer Phil Klemmer  “After all, our show is about a collection of unlikely heroes who all began their journeys questioning who they are and where they belong — only to find those answers while traveling through time and having wacky adventures. So now, Wally West is not only back in the company of old friends from the Arrowverse, he’s fighting alongside a former enemy and career arsonist Mick Rory/Dom Purcell. By the end of this season, Wally will learn that the Legends have a different definition of what it means to be a hero.”

Wally is not the only one making the jump Constantine (Matt Ryan) will also be joining the team for a short arc on the show. Keiyann will make the official move in episode 13 of the show.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will return Monday, Febuary 12th (taking over Supergirl’s timeslot until season three is finished)  at 8PM on The CW.
