Kings of Leon stopped by BBC 1 Radio last Tuesday to promote their upcoming album, but what blew listeners away was their cover of Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own.” They visited Fearne Cotton’s Live Lounge and did their own rendition of the dance hit.

The Grammy-winning rock band put their own twist on the song, slowing the track down with Caleb Followill adding a lot of soul with his voice. They definitely rocked out! Robyn released “Dancing On My Own” back in 2010 and since then it has been a dance anthem in the UK and the US. It was nominated for a Grammy and also featured on the HBO hit show Girls.

Kings of Leon’s sixth album Mechanical Bull will feature 11 tracks including their summer singles “Supersoaker” and “Wait For Me.” The deluxe version will feature two additional tracks. It’s set to release this month on September 24 and is currently available for pre-order on iTunes!
