Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader are together again. The former SNL cast-mates star in the new film, The Skeleton Twins. The film features twins, Maggie and Milo who have been estranged for ten years, reuniting after each twin has been contemplating and attempting suicide on their own.
The movie was met at Sundance with raving reviews. The movie is written by Craig Johnson and Mary Heyman, and directed by Johnson. The Skeleton Twins will come to theaters on September 19.
A favorite moment from the trailer is Wiig and Hader lip synching and dancing to the song “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.”
It seems like nothing can stop Wiig and Hader’s chemistry, whether it’s on SNL or in one of the possible breakout movies of the year.
