Pop fans should gear up for some exciting news. Britney Spears and Lady Gaga may be doing a duet after Gaga approached Spears earlier on Twitter.
“I would do a duet with Lady Gaga. I think that would be a lot of fun,” Spears stated during a live fan chat over the past weekend. “I think she’s very different and interesting and intricate.”
That being said, Gaga tweeted: “@britneyspears lets do this b*tch its time.” That sounds good enough to start making music with. The pop sensations would definitely make a killer track for the upcoming year.
The 32-year-old singer is currently celebrating the release of new album Britney Jean, which became her lowest charting record in the UK yesterday (December 8), debuting at number 34. In the meanwhile, Gaga is probably handling a few nights in to take a break from her festive celebration and fashion.
That says it all! The hit-makers may be teaming up to create a smash single. Stay tuned.
