With just over a week to go before its official release, it appears that Lady Gaga’s third studio album, ARTPOP, has been leaked online.

Gaga has spent the past couple of weeks sharing with fans, tidbits from the upcoming album. These have included snippets from songs, the full release of some tracks as well as the artwork for a number of the singles. Although she has supplied her fans with these treats, the track “Swine” was leaked a week ago.

Rumours began circulating online a few days ago that it was expected that the album would leak any day as the album shipment had already been sent to Japan, with its official release listed as November 6. However, it appears that it was released there today. Within the last few hours, first came the pics of the album and its booklet, quickly followed by individual uploads of the songs then by the complete album.

Fans have had a mixed reaction, both to the leaking and to the album as a whole; with some calling for people to track down and attempt to have the links removed while others were bemoaning the poor low quality downloads that were first made available.

Gaga has previously announced that “Dope”, the last full promotional track released before the album is available, will be available for purchase from midnight tomorrow (November 4). ARTPOP is officially released November 11.
