ABC’s The Black Box is racking up quite a cast list. The newest member is Breaking Bad’s Laura Fraser, who will play Regan Black on the limited run series.
With only 13-episodes total, the 2014 drama centers on renowned neuroscientist Elizabeth Black. She may be the best in her field but Dr. Black is haunted by her own mental illness and a whole closet full of secrets that only her psychiatrist, Dr. Hartramph (Vanessa Redgrave), knows.
Fraser’s character is married to Elizabeth’s brother Josh (David Chisum).
Best known for playing the malicious and cunning Lydia Rodarte-Quayle in season 5 of Breaking Bad, Fraser is well known among British TV fans for playing Henriette in Casanova and Rita Morris in Single Father. Both roles were opposite David Tennant.
