It seems like Laura Prepon is upping her sentence for Season 2 of the Netflix hit Orange Is The New Black. It was previously reported that Prepon would be reprising her role as Alex Vause, Piper’s former lady love, for only one episode. She had announced at the end of season one that she would not be returning for season two. The reason is that she wants to try her hand at directing. She found it in her heart to come back to tie up loose ends.
The show soon skyrocketed to success. Now it seems that Prepon isn’t ready to let go. The actress will now appear in four episodes of season two. There is also talk that she may even make a few appearances in season three. So commence a fandom wide rejoicing!
Season two of Orange Is The New Black is set to premiere sometime in 2014. We will be sure to keep you posted on the exact date!
