Lea Seydoux has been offered a role in the upcoming X-Men series, Gambit, in the female lead role opposite Channing Tatum, who is already confirmed.

Although there were three, now there is only one…should she want it, that is.

Lea Seydoux has been offered a starring role alongside Channing Tatum in the new X-Men series, Gambit. (Although, why she would turn it down, I have no idea.)

Two other actresses, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’s Rebecca Ferguson and Mad Max: Fury Road’s Abbey Lee, were also offered a shot. Ferguson turned it down and Fox offered the role to Seydoux.

Gambit and Bella Donna Boudreaux come from opposing guilds, The Assassin’s Guild (Bella Donna) and Thieves’s Guild (Gambit).
