British girl-group Little Mix took a break from touring and hit the gym for their latest video, “Word Up!”.
A remix of the 1986 classic from American funk band Cameo, the quartet – Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirwall, Jesy Nelson, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, recorded the track for the 2014 BBC Sport Relief Campaign, a biennial event that unites the British sporting and entertainment worlds to raise funds for those in need throughout the UK and some of the world’s poorest countries.
This “Word Up!” video is the latest from the 2011 X Factor champions, who are currently touring as the opening act for Demi Lovato’s Neon Lights Tour.
