The LAPD is investigating Justin Bieber for attempted robbery. TMZ reports that Monday night Justin and his posse where mini golfing in Sherman Oaks Castle Park when they became involved in an argument with another group of guys.
A mother and daughter were near by witnessing the fight, when the mother pulled out her phone from her purse in the hopes that her daughter might be able to take a picture with Bieber.
Justin saw the Mother take out her phone and went to her demanding to see the photos she had taken. When the Mother professed that she hadn’t taken any photos Bieber tried to take her phone out of her hands to check for photos. He was unable to access her phone because it was locked.
The Mother did show Justin her phone and explained that her daughter only wanted to say hi to him. At which point Bieber shouted at her, saying, “You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter. Why don’t you just get out of here?”
The daughter began to cry. Justin continued his rampage and yelled at another person. The Mother filed a formal complaint with the LAPD regarding Justin’s actions. The Police are now determining if actual crime was committed when Bieber attempted to take the Mother’s phone.
