American DJ and producer Diplo has done something that some of the best producers in the industry have been unable to do. What was this feat?
He convinced Madonna to re-record “La Isla Bonita”, and what’s even cooler about the situation is that she changed the lyrics too…and they are all about him.
In the new vocals, Madonna changed the lyrics from “Last night I dreamt of San Pedro” to “Last night I dreamt of Major Lazer”, a side project for Diplo.
Diplo isn’t the only one Madge has been working with. She also worked with Avicii in March on a collaboration, which could mean some really snappy beats for her upcoming album.
