We don’t know about you but Martin Freeman stole the show in Captain America: Civil War. Okay, he didn’t steal the show, but he definitely had some highlights, and he held his own in a cast of amazing people. The last scene he took part in was our favorite out of all of them because he was trying to be so tough, and, for once, we believed him. According to Twitter, Freeman will be bringing back Everett .K Ross for the Black Panther film.
Black Panther began filming this past weekend in Atlanta, as we learned from star Chadwick Boseman in a tweet regarding the Women’s March.
Shooting Black Panther on a Saturday. But my heart is at the Women’s March.

Fans were out in large numbers catching whatever glimpses they could of the future movie, and that’s when they spotted Martin Freeman on the set — which broke the internet out into a tizzy. Maybe his tough guy agent is after the Winter Soldier, and he knows that the Black Panther has him. Take a look at Freeman on the set!

This film already has a scheduled release date of February 16, 2018, which is only a little more than a year away. We are very excited that the Black Panther is getting his own film because he was a huge highlight to Civil War, and adding Martin Freeman only makes it better. Boseman will also be joined by Lupita Nyong’o, who was fantastic in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Sterling K. Brown of This Is Us and The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story fame.
Are you guys looking forward to this film? Does this news about Martin Freeman make you less excited, more excited or the same excited you’ve already been? Let us know in the comments! Also, when will we get our Black Widow movie? She has been a rockstar in every Marvel film she’s been a part of, so we are awaiting that news with a lot of excitement!
