Not content with ruling the comic book, movie and television world, Marvel have just announced that they are planning a live action arena show.
Today Marvel announced that Marvel Universe LIVE! will tour North American cities next year. The show will feature around 24 Marvel characters and will feature aerobatics, martial arts stunts and live theatre. To ensure the arena tour will be a roaring success, the show will be co-produced with Feld Entertainment who have worked on shows such as Disney on Ice.
International fans need not worry as there are also plans to take the show around the globe following the North American tour. The show will be choreographed by Thor stunt co-ordinator Andy Armstrong and will be directed by Emmy winning director Shanda Sawyer. Writers Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio are also on board for what should be an amazing show and an experience no Marvel fan will want to miss.
