The Wanted, a British/Irish boyband, put out a video on Wednesday (known as Wanted Wednesday) about what they’ve been up to during the week along with a mailer and send it out to their fans who sign up via their website.
I am a huge fan of The Wanted because they do so much for their fans than a lot of artists/bands that I like and follow.
Unfortunately, this week’s video was a bit disappointing by a hurtful comment that was made by Max George.
George was in Iowa with the rest of his band mates to play a gig, and while talking about the different foods offered at a fair they were passing their tour manager mentioned how there was deep fried butter.
The camera then pans to a plus size girl and George makes the comment: “I bet she loves it”.
I don’t think some people realize how much words can hurt. Do you think what he said was uncalled for? The comment was made around @ 3:39-3:41.
