The cast list for 50 Shades Of Grey just gets better and better all the time! Max Martini, the Captain Phillips star is currently in negotiations to play Christian Grey’s bodyguard in the upcoming film from Universal and Focus Features. Dakota Johnson, Luke Grimes, Jennifer Elhe, and Eloise Mumford will also star in the film.
The film is based upon the book series by E.L James, which tells the story of the relationship between 27 year old billionaire Christian Grey and young college student Anastasia Steele. The book series has been translated in 52 languages all over the world, and had sold well over 90 millions copies including those on e-books, which means it is the fastest selling book series in history.
Dana Brunetti and Michael De Luca are producing the upcoming film, with the script written by Kelly Marcel.
Filming is set to begin in December.
