Are they or aren’t they?
Scott Weiland sat down with SPIN Magazine this week to discuss his recent termination from the Stone Temple Pilots. He seems to be singing a different tune from last week. Weiland told SPIN:
“They’re the same issues that have been going on since the end of the last tour. Nobody in the band can be fired. No one’s ever fired anybody, and no one’s ever quit the band … it’s really not anything different than what was going on before.”
So that being said, is Weiland still a member of the band? Well, we really don’t know. The band had no further comments to be made. I guess we will just have to wait it out and see what the future holds for STP!
