A new clip for upcoming film, American Hustle was released a few days ago. The clip features Amy Adams and Christian Bale, meeting for the first time and sharing a love for jazz musician Duke Ellington. According to Digital Spy, Adams and Bale play Sydney Prosser and Irving Rosenfeld, con artists recruited by the FBI to help catch corrupt politicians. The movie is set in the ’70s and ’80s and also stars Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner, Robert De Niro, Louis CK, and Michael Peña.
The Vulture compiled a list of “Seven Things You Need to Know About American Hustle.” The list includes a kiss between Adams and Lawrence, actors breaking type, and Lawrence singing “Live and Let Die.”
American Hustle is set to release on December 18 in the US and on January 1 in the UK.
