Mel B’s Daughter Wants A Spice Girls Reunion

It’s been almost 20 years since the classic Spice Girls hit “Wannabe” has been blasted on the radio and passionately sung by young girls all over the world. It’s been three years since the five reunited for the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics. But according to Melanie Brown’s 16-year-old 

daughter? It’s time for the Spice Girls to reunite.

Mel B, also known as Scary Spice, told Jimmy Fallon on Friday night’s The Tonight Show that her daughter has been a major voice in wanting the reunion, but for her own reasons.

“[She said] I’m 16, and I want to take my friends to Coachella and get the VIP treatment,” Brown said of her daughter wanting the Spice Girls to perform. “She’s not so much bothered about us performing, it’s about going to Coachella with her friends. But I want us back together. I think we should. It’s been 20 years, it’s about time!”

If the Spice Girls have a reunion, I know I’d definitely be one of the many who would do everything in their power to see that concert. One can only hope that our lives get spiced up someday soon.
