Yesterday afternoon, Business Insider shared some news regarding the famous Neverland Ranch, previously owned by pop legend, Michael Jackson. The ranch was purchased back in 2008 for 23.5 million dollars, and after many renovations it’s on the market now featuring the name Sycamore Valley Ranch. The estate will not be shown much and they are not looking to do tours of the facility. Sycamore Valley Ranch is on the market with a listing for $100 million.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the ranch no longer houses rides or exotic animals, but the train station remains. This property spans about 2,700 acres and once had a fully staffed fire house on site. The house remains, but the fire fighters are gone. Some of Jackson’s memorabilia stayed, such as the floral clock which spells out Neverland. The property has 22 total structures including the main house, which sits between two lakes. No doubt many Michael Jackson fans will flock to purchase this estate.
