Miley Cyrus’ Concert Stunt With Mexican Flag Could Land Her In Jail

Uh oh….

This past Tuesday night, Miley Cyrus was performing in Monterrey, Mexico as part of her Bangerz Tour, and a certain on-stage antic could land her in jail.

During the concert, which happened to land on Mexican Independence Day, Miley was wearing a prosthetic butt when a dancer began slapping it with the actual Mexican flag.

Now, officials are reportedly livid over the disrespect, and the congress of the state of Nuevo Leon wants her prosecuted for it. The crime of desecration to the flag carries a penalty of a $1200 fine and 36 hours in jail.

There has been no word from Miley’s camp over the incident.
