Pop divas Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry had a bit of a spat recently–sort of.
During an interview with Australian morning show “Sunrise”, Perry was asked about the kiss the two girls shared onstage during Cyrus’ Bangerz tour. Cyrus called Perry to the stage while performing “Adore You” and kissed her in front of the crowd.
“I just walked up to her to give her a friendly girly kiss, you know, as girls do. Then she like tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away. God knows where that tongue has been. We don’t know! That tongue is so infamous!” Perry said.
Well, Cyrus didn’t seem too amused by that comment.
Courtesy of TwitterShe tweeted a screenshot of the interview, and made an indirect jab at Katy Perry’s ex-boyfriend John Mayer–who is well-known for his string of girlfriends.
It was all in jest, though. Cyrus tweeted again that same day, this time tagging Perry in a drawing of their infamous kiss.
