Paws ups and clothes off little monsters, as Lady Gaga wears her birthday suit in a new promotional video for artist Marina Abramović.
The ‘Born This Way’ singer is shown practicing the Abramović method while clothed, then later completely naked. The clip, which is part of a fundraiser on the website Kickstarter, has so far raised $600,000 in funding Abramović museum.
In the NSFW clip, Gaga is heard practicing long chants, where she is clothed and lying flat on the floor, walking around outside naked and blindfolded, and hugging a giant crystal while still being undressed.
The Kickstarter project is currently $370,000 short of its goal, with the video seen as a way to increase exposure and help in reaching the projects goal. Abramović has most recently taken part in Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film by Jay-Z, in which the rapper performs the title track continuously for six hours straight.
Lady Gaga is set to premiere her newest single, ‘Applause’ worldwide on August 19th, while her third album ARTPOP is scheduled for a November 11 release date.
