Need For Speed Rivals Gets Complete Edition: Out in October

While we wait for a new Need For Speed title, time to drive your dream car in Need For Speed Rivals Complete Edition out in October.

There has been a distinct lack of the Need for Speed series in 2014, but fear not, as Ghost Games’ 2013 release Need for Speed Rivals, is coming in a collector’s edition. And it’s out very soon.

Whilst you’ll have to wait until the next calendar year to get your hands on a new installment of the racing franchise, you will be able to grab a copy of this new edition when it releases in North America on October 21st (Europeans like myself will have to wait until the 24th). Available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC via Origin, it’s fair to say there’s probably some way you can get stuck into driving.

So what makes Need for Speed Rivals Complete Edition so…complete? Well, it includes all the currently available downloadable content for the base Need for Speed Rivals game, the names of which you can find below. Whether you want to cruise around in a Jaguar, or speed along in a Lamborghini, there’s probably something for you in the extensive list.

  • Ferrari Edition Special Complete Pack
  • Simply Jaguar Complete Pack
  • Concept Lamborghini Complete Pack
  • The Koenigsegg Agera One
  • Complete Movie Pack
  • Loaded Garage Pack

So, like I said, plenty for you to get your teeth, or more appropriately, hands, stuck into. And if the huge list of bundled DLC isn’t even to get you excited, take a look at the new trailer for the Complete Edition below, and let us know what you think
