March 4th can’t get here fast enough, fellow House of Cards fans! Kevin Spacey as Frank Underwood breathes life into our world, much needed life. He might be one of the worst people ever to grace the television screen but something keeps us coming back and rooting for him to keep winning. Netflix has graced us with a new trailer to get a little taste of what season four will hold.
What have we learned from the new trailer? Well…basically his campaign speech. The clips were all of the past as far as we could tell but it was all showing just how contradictory his statements were. Frank Underwood is a bad, bad, power hungry man but sometimes that’s just what we want when we’re looking to binge 12 straight episodes of pure Kevin Spacey goodness! As mentioned above, the show will return on March 4th, a Friday which is perfect for those of us who would have called in sick to stay home with Frank.
All we can hope for is a season as good as one and two were. We miss the good old days when Russian’s weren’t the problem but cute little reporters and getting your bills passed. Does anyone still miss Zoe (played by Kate Mara)? If you need a refresher, she was the one Frank was sleeping with while slipping information to before pushing her in front of a train. That’s such a small taste of the thing Frank Underwood is capable of. So, we believe Netflix is right. America deserves Frank Underwood.
