As season three of Sherlock wraps filming the BBC has given us another little sneak peek at what is to come.

On Sunday, BBC released a trailer for their original British drama shows coming out this television season. The trailer features clips from Ripper Street, The Musketeers, Quirke, What Remains, By Any Means, The Great Train Robbery, The Escape Artist, and (of course) Sherlock.

Unfortunately for us Sherlockians, this is not yet the full trailer we are all anxiously waiting for – but I think it is safe to say we are used to the BBC’s teaser ways.

Check out the BBC Drama trailer below:

Hey, at least in this time we get to hear Sherlock speak! I don’t know about you, but I definitely got shivers when I heard Sherlock say: “The thrill of the chase, the blood pumping in your veins; just the two of us against the rest of the world.”

If you watched the trailer though, you will have seen another familiar face – and no, I’m not Mr. Darcy from the 2005 remake of Pride and Prejudice, Matthew Macfadyen, who is the star of Ripper Street.

If you guessed the newest Doctor, Peter Capaldi, who will star in The Musketeers you would be close, but still wrong.

It’s none other than Mr. David Tennant who will hit the BBC airwaves once again in his new drama The Escape Artist – a show about a barrister who is able to get his clients out of sticky situations which lands him the nickname “The Escape Artist.”

What did you think of the trailer? Let us know!
