The new film from Ryan Brookhart, Two Ways To Go West, available via VOD services later this week, sees a group of friends having fun in Vegas, but things take a turn when they return to their accommodation for the night and they all find themselves forced to face their demons within the walls of the hotel room…with or without each other’s help.

James Liddell wrote and produced the film and stars as lead character Gavin. He was most recently seen performing on stage in On An Average Day. Alongside James are several other talented actors including Levy Tran, known for his appearances on Shameless and in The Haunting Of Hill House, and who can currently be seen in the CBS series Macgyver; Paul Gennaro, who recently wrote, directed, produced and starred in short film Driven Under and starred in romantic comedy Tell Me I Love You, which was released last month, and Drew Kenney who starred in season 9 of The Bachelorette and who also has roles in American Horror Story and Veronica Mars on his resume.

Director Ryan Brookhart says of Two Ways: “Every film is personal, no matter how big or small it is. If you’re a director you bring your point of view to the story, then the script and finally the set. When I read Two Ways, written by my talented friend James Liddell, I was struck by the honesty of the dialogue and the yearning for real connection; It’s rare to see these depictions in movies today and much of the themes running through the story mirrored my own frustrations in our current, deeply fractured society. I hope when you watch Two Ways you welcome the experience with an open mind and heart. In the end, it’s what I brought to the film, the most honest and personal way to experience it, and life.”
