A new international poster for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was released today to Digital Spy by Marvel and Columbia Pictures.
Featuring a close up of Spider-Man’s left eye, fans get to see the film’s main villain Electro (Jamie Foxx) unleashing chaos and destruction across New York City reflected in Spidey’s eye mask.
Andrew Garfield is back once again as Peter Parker, though without his love interest Mary Jane Watson (Shailene Woodley). Woodley did film numerous scenes for the sequel, however these were subsequently cut in order to introduce the character in later Spider-Man films.
Also joining Foxx and Garfield in the film are Dane DeHaan (Harry Osborn) and Paul Giamatti (The Rhino).
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is in UK cinemas April 18 with the US release on May 2.
