New Photos Released From The Upcoming Release Of X-Men Days Of Future Past

New photos for the movie X-Men: Days of Future Past have been released by 20th Century Fox, including the first official image of Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique.   Other highlights include Magneto’s new suit and Professor X’s hovering wheelchair.

Combining the original cast with the cast from the 2011 film X-Men: First Class and featuring a star-studded ensemble cast, Days of Future Past looks to be epic.  Bryan Singer directs this sequel.

In the film, Wolverine is sent back in time to prevent a mistake and change the future for the better.  The characters from the original X-Men trilogy meet their younger counterparts from the past, introduced in First Class, working together to save the future.

Cast members from the original trilogy include Hugh Jackman, Ian Mckellen, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and Daniel Cudmore. X-Men: First Class cast members include Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender,and Nicholas Hoult.  Peter Dinklage is a new addition to the cast.

The movie will be released in May 2014.
