Russia has been getting a lot of press lately. This is not unusual, seeing as how the Winter Olympics, located in Sochi, will be kicking off in a matter of hours.
Unfortunately, the bulk of the press coming out of Russia is not regarding the globally beloved Winter Games. Instead, its focus is much more grim. Russia has been in the spotlight lately for their recent law prohibiting homosexual propaganda; basically outlawing any public homosexual behavior.
Not only do all gay tourists and Olympians have a huge, rainbow target on their backs, the treatment of all gay Russian citizens is abhorrent. The hate group, Occupy Pedophilia, frequently kidnap, bind, torture, and just generally humiliate gay citizens simply because they can. All while treating it like a social gathering where they invite all their friends and record it so that the documentation may be uploaded to YouTube.
