Nicki Minaj is preparing for the release of her upcoming studio album, The Pinkprint. With “Anaconda” still going strong, the songstress now has another single out there entitled, “Only”. Despite the record recently getting pushed back a bit, Minaj is keeping the hype strong for her new album by revealing the cover art of the deluxe edition.
Nicki Minaj couldn’t help giving away the cover art, as a treat for her fans, while interacting with them on Twitter and Instagram. The badass artwork, which actually sees a print of Nicki Minaj’s thumb on pink ink, was designed by DONDA. The acclaimed creative house belongs to Kanye West and their work on The Pinkprint can be seen above. The artwork for the standard edition of the record will of course be different, but Nicki stated that it would be unveiled later on.
The Pinkprint comes preceded by the singles “Pills N Potions”, “Anaconda” and “Only” with Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown. Nicki Minaj will further promote the album during this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards on November 9, where she will be presenting. The record is scheduled to arrive in stores on December 15.
