It was announced this week that Nicole Scherzinger (former Pussycat Dolls singer) is set to join Neil Patrick Harris on NBC’s new show, Best Time Ever.
The new variety show is based on the British series, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, which is a highly renowned show over in the UK.
It will be an hour-long live comedy-variety show, and its premise is largely based upon audience involvement, often to their bewilderment and surprise.
The last time Nicole Scherzinger and NPH worked together was back in 2010 when he cast Nicole in his adaptation of Rent at the Hollywood Bowl.
This week Neil tweeted out this photograph of the two of them together, after NBC’s announcement.

After all the success the show has seen in the UK, there is a lot of pressure on NBC to pull this together, but, with Neil Patrick Harris at the helm, I’ve no doubt this is going to be a show to look out for.
