Olly Murs recently released his fourth studio album, Never Been Better, and there was a collaboration with Demi Lovato in there! Titled “Up”, the song has now been announced to serve as the next official single of the record.
“Up” is driven by a drum beat, in combination with some sweet guitar strings. It’s the kind of irresistible folk-influenced pop anthem that will most possibly end up being a huge hit for both of them. They sing beautifully after all and the empowering message can only be oh-so cheerful throughout. As Olly Murs delivers the verses, Demi Lovato later takes the lead for the most part of the chorus, while they combine their forces on the bridge. Now isn’t that a match made in heaven?!
The Cutfather-produced number will serve as the second single to be lifted from Olly Murs’ Never Been Better. It will be a follow-up to the Travie McCoy-assisted “Wrapped Up” and will also be included in the repackaging of Demi Lovato’s DEMI.
