Penn Badgley recently revealed that his worst on-screen kiss was with his Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively!
Now that may seem like bad news if you are a Gossip Girl fan, and especially more if you shipped Serena and Dan. But before you go into a mild heart attack, it is important to know that Penn has also said Blake was also his best on screen kiss.
Apparently, it all boils down to their state of relationship at that time.
When asked about his best on screen kiss on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ , Penn said, “On-screen kisses are not really that real. I’ll say it was Blake (Lively), because we actually had a relationship at the time.”
He then went on to speak about his worst kiss: “Maybe Blake after we broke up.”
Which is pretty understandable. He went on to explain that they handled it like “professionals” and that they should “pat ourselves on the back for getting through it”.
Which is something that they should do. Imagine having to kiss your ex after a break-up while trying to convey the image of being in love to millions of viewers around the world.
There should be an award for that!
