Photographer Sues The Biebs!

The Biebs is becoming pretty infamous in the media these days and the latest headline is no exception. Justin Bieber and his bodyguards are being sued by a photographer named Jeffrey Binion, claiming that the singer used the bodyguards as “weapons”. They apparently physically grabbed the photographer, stole his memory card and flashed a fire arm during the scuffle. The incident took place in the parking lot of the Miami based recording studio, The Hit Factory.

“Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one,” Binion’s lawyer, Russell Adler, tells TMZ. “He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions.”

Biebs does not have a good history with photographers. Back in March, a London photographer spouted off some unkind words (f**k off back to America”, “f**king little moron) to which Justin responded with a little rant of his own, “I’LL F**KING BEAT THE F**K OUT OF YOU.”

Clearly Justin has been out of sorts in recent months…well, ok more like the past year or so. He’s definitely not the little darling America fell in love with back when “Baby” hit the airwaves. Is he purposely trying to create a bad-boy image for the sake of the direction of his music? Is he intentionally alienating fans with his outrageous behavior? Could this be another case of child star gone wild? Let’s hope the Biebs can pull it together and realize people will be taking pictures of him for the rest of his life and he can’t beat them all up or cuss them all out.

C’mon Justin, I’m rooting for you!
