Pokemon Fan Arrested On White House Grounds

A Pokemon fan wearing a Pikachu hat and T-shirt was arrested on White House grounds on 9/11. The youth jumped the fence and was apprehended by guards.

A Pokemon fan has been arrested in Washington D.C after he stormed the White House’s boundaries.

The currently unknown man, dressed in Pokemon gear, entered the White House property illegally and was promptly arrested by guards. As well as being caught on camera by FOX News, many onlookers caught snaps of the jumper wearing a Pikachu hat and t-shirt.

Thanks to the Nintendo mad man, the White House was put on lockdown. He didn’t choose the best day to show off his fandom though, because as light hearted as this story may seem, it will no doubt be taken very seriously as it occurred on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Regardless of the arrest, President Barack Obama was not home the time of intrusion. He was attending a memorial for those lost in the September 11th attacks, an event which we covered yesterday.

It’s not every day you get to see a man clutching a Pikachu plushie hop a government fence, but mark your calendars folks, because it happened!
