So the new Doctor is only one month away, but this might help fill the Time Lord-shaped gap in your life–at least a little bit. Provided that it’s Lego shaped..
Bookshelf Productions has created a Lego version of the 50th anniversary episode, “The Day of the Doctor,” and the stop motion animation is completely charming.
The custom minifigure characters are brilliant, with details like Tennant’s eyebrows and Smith’s bowtie–and even the sets have been given the Lego treatment, with the TARDIS and the Gallifrey control room featuring in brick form.
Keep watching, even if just for Capaldi’s legendary eyebrow shot as you’ve never seen it before!
You can even lend your support to a campaign for official Lego Doctor Who toys!
