If you’re familiar with the work of Seth Grahame-Smith, then you’ve read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and possibly Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, which is already an awesome movie, yes it is. The film is set to debut February 5, 2016.
Entertainment Weekly shared the exclusive first images from the film. It’s your traditional tale of Pride and Prejudice, with some zombies thrown in.
The film will star Lily James as Elizabeth Bennet and Sam Riley as the infamous Mr. Darcy. The film will be the same tale of love and the social class in the 19th century set in England, but with one more obstacle for the lovers–and it’s an army of the undead, ready to eat the flesh of everyone in sight.
Lydia’s transgressions won’t be the most dramatic piece to the story anymore or Mr. Darcy’s insulting love.
